Everything was good, personnel was courteous and very, very nice. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was helpful. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. It was a good location adjacent to Valparaiso and the Alameda bus station where the Turbus from airport terminates. Ate at Parrilladas Argentina, it's not very far from the venue. The authentic bar was a delightful surprise.

The staff is friendly, the location is close to the bus station, Vina del Mar, the airport, and the train stations, which is very convenient.

Our christmas was really really nice, will be back. The room we got was cheap with nice linens and an amazing shower, for example. The location was excellent to access from airport for cruise in Santiago. Besides, it was near the bus station which was handy, all interstate buses, and market, train Station, gas Station, Shopping mall and Supermarket.

I had just finished a 4-month journey through Latin America, and I arrived at the bus station where Ibis is conveniently located. They accepted multiple currencies which was a big help. The room was clean and functional, with a super comfortable mattress for a good night's rest before my long flight back to Europe. The breakfast service was amazing, with a kind and friendly staff member. The location next to the bus station was perfect, and the room was quiet and equipped with safety features. a great experience.

Proximity to rail and bus station. We arrived at midnight and slept till 6am to catch bus to Argentina, hotel has ideal location across road from station.Facilities good and basic, and was all we had hoped.

Walking distance to bus stations and metro, making it extremely convenient for transportation. I loved how the staff printed my airplane tickets and arranged a taxi without any extra charges. Plus, they even lent me their personal metro card to help me save money! The room felt secure and had reliable WIFI, perfect for a busy traveler like me. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and helpful staff.
